I (Rolf) am based in Alpharetta. Most of my week is spent with small business owners between Alpharetta and Chatsworth, the 60-mile stretch of highway 19 and I-575 that runs through north Fulton, Cherokee, and Pickens counties. A few of the businesses I work with:
- IT (information technology) services firms in Alpharetta and Roswell. Two of them have me writing their agents to do sales follow-up, lead routing, and customer onboarding paperwork.
- A retail broker in Johns Creek whose agents draft client-facing reports so the broker can spend more time on the phone with clients.
- A landscape company in Canton whose agent builds the weekly schedule, sends confirmations, and routes weather-related cancellations.
The corridor has a strong IT and SaaS (software as a service) cluster, and a lot of owner-operators who are curious about AI but skeptical of the SaaS vendors. That is the customer I am built for. The work I do well: one loop that eats your week, automated end-to-end, with your data staying on hardware you control.
What we do
- Pick one loop. A report, a follow-up, an inbox, a piece of work that has been on your list for a month.
- Build the agent. A Hermes AI (artificial intelligence) agent runs locally on a Mac Studio, a Linux box, or a VPS (virtual private server) you rent by the month. Your data stays on your hardware. The agent connects to the tools you already use through MCPs (Model Context Protocol adapters, small add-ons that give the agent access to specific software like QuickBooks or HubSpot).
- Hand it off. We train your team. We write the documentation. We leave you with skills the agent has accumulated (a skill is a note the agent wrote to itself about how to do the thing), so the work gets easier the longer you use it.
- Stay available. When the loop you picked needs to grow into the next loop, we come back and build that.
The $99 consultation
You can pay $99 for a 30 to 60 minute video call with me (Rolf) or with my son Grant. You describe your business, what eats your week, what you have already tried. We tell you whether a Hermes agent fits, what the realistic scope would be, and what an engagement would cost in ballpark terms.
We send you a one-page written summary within 48 hours: what we discussed, what an engagement could look like, ballpark range, our honest recommendation. If a Hermes agent does not fit your situation, we tell you that on the call and refund the $99.
